Dilo Group – partner for Nonwoven Technologies

For many years DILO Systems has been a very successful partner for the nonwovens industry providing complete production lines. Numerous developments from DILO aimed at increasing fibre throughput, at improving web homogeneity and at increasing efficiency have significantly contributed to this success.
We have been able to complete our delivery program for all production methods by building partnerships with companies specialising in up- and downstream technologies. As the entire nonwovens industry is still defined by dynamic growth, the design of nonwoven machinery has gained in strategic importance for the manufacturers of textile equipment.
DILO, the parent company, is the leading expert and specialist worldwide in the manufacturing of needle looms and offers for each needling task an optimum machine solution. DILO has sold numerous needle looms to more than 60 countries world wide. Many inventions and new developments of our company have initiated technological steps, e. g. the DI-LOOP and DI-LOUR technology, the tubular needling techniques RONTEX and BELTEX. The highlight among the new technologies still remains HYPERPUNCH with its positive effects for the web during needling.
These improvements are caused by the horizontal movement of the needles, supporting the material flow through the machine and guaranteeing felts free of tension and deformation at highest delivery speeds. DILO is also the leader in technological innovations and the productivity of standard universal needle looms of the DI-LOOM series with highest stroke frequencies of more than 3.000 min-1 and needle densities of over 32.000 needles/m of working width. DILO needle looms are renowned for their quality and reliability and a scope of working widths up to 16 m.
