The rapid development of China's textile and apparel industry and the constant improvement in the market mechanism has provided the textile and apparel market with an unprecedented developing opportunity.

Textile and apparel market has gone through 20 years of development, and has gradually developed from a low-level and backward situation into a market with completed facilities, improved service functions, management regulations and trading innovations.

At present, competition situation from the international and domestic markets becomes fiercer; the professional market is also faced with new opportunities and challenges.

In a solemn ceremony, all the members of China's textile and garment market Union hereby issued the following initiative proposal:

First: establish a scientific concept of development, face the competitive situation of market, industry and the world, and constantly improve the market management level.

Second: compliance with the relevant state laws and regulations, to engage in business activities according to laws.

Third: pay attention to the industrial development, concernabout the industrial fate. Consciously combine the market operations and the development goals of textile and garment industry, create a healthy and orderly operating environment for the industrial development.
