With the purpose of boosting commercial and economic co-operation, Vietnamese Trade Ministry plans to send a delegation to Saudi Arabia in May 2007. One of the deputy ministers will head this delegation.
Ministry will arrange business forums and seminars at Jeddah and Riyadh during the visit.
Ministry will also facilitate import export firms to visit Saudi Arabia for carrying out trade promotion and market research in accordance with this year's national key trade promotion program.
The firms include those importing petroleum products, chemicals, steel and plastic materials, as well as those exporting textiles, apparel, footwear, wooden items, handicrafts and farm machines.
This visit will last for ten days. Delegation will also meet local enterprises in Dubai.
