Interim dividend to be considered by Vardhman Polytex board

A meeting of Board of Directors of Vardhman Polytex will be held on Mar 16, 2007 to consider and approve declaration of interim dividend to members of company for financial year 2006-07.
Vardhman Polytex said on Thursday that it has fixed Mar. 26, 2007 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
Vardhman Polytex exports almost 40 percent of its yarn production to more than 25 countries of the world today.
The company has a share of more than 6 percent in total yarn exports from India.
It has a strong presence in markets like the EEC, USA, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Brazil and Mauritius, Middle East.
