World's largest apparel production line developed!

The world's largest garment production line and the first digital pants production line on independent innovation by domestic enterprise have been set up at Hudu Production base of Quanzhou, Fujian, with investment reaching 96 million yuan.

According to Wu Yue, Vice President of Hudu, the whole production line uses the world's most advanced operating system of hanging digital integrated control, realizing accurate transference and self-adaptation between sewing equipments. The equipments of the entire production line are combined into one entity, creating an intelligent pipeline, further liberating labor.

It marks the beginning of the change in China's traditional garment production from labor-intensive industry to innovation and technology industry.

Wu Yue said that this digital pants production line is only part of the entire digital industry park of Hudu. The whole digital Garment Industrial Park of Hudu will be fully completed and put into production by March this year.

Total investment will reach several hundred million yuan. By then, Hudu will complete its transformation to become 'high-tech enterprise' and the manufacturing level of the entire men's wear industry in Hudu will be raised to the top of international standards.
