Chu Lai approves investment of $49.5mn

This year Chu Lai open economic zone based in central Quang Nam province has approved four projects with an investment of nearly $49.5 million.
The three new projects run by domestic companies involve a capital of VND62 billion ($3.87 million) and the other one which is a foreign investment is a $1.2 million garment and embroidery factory.
Chu Lai open economic zone has almost completed construction of Tam Hiep industrial park with an area of 640 hectare and Bac Chu Lai industrial park in 320 hectare area.
The economic zone has attracted 58 projects with a total investment of $531 million. 21 projects among these are operational and others are under construction.
