New apparel market & trade centre to replace Soai Kinh Lam

HCMC Volunteer Youth Investment & Construction Company (CINCO) performed ground breaking ceremony of their project to construct a 37-storey building which will house a trade center, wholesale apparel market and flats.
About VND840 billion (US $52.5 million) will be invested in the project and will come up in three years.
Existing Soai Kinh Lam Apparel Wholesale Market situated in District 5, HCMC will make way for the new building.
Trade center will occupy three floors up from ground, while next floors till the sixth are reserved for offices on rent and other facilities. Residences will occupy the rest of the storeys.
