Alar Xinnong Cotton Pulp Co in Xinjiang

Xinjiang Tarim Comprehensive Agricultural Development Company Limited in Alar City, Zhejiang Yuyao Haixing Textile Trade Limited and Hong Kong Yixin Group Limited collaborated to establish Alar Xinnong Cotton Pulp Company Limited by investing 100 million yuan.
Xinnong Development funded 254 million yuan, Zhejiang Yuyao provided 30 million yuan and Hong Kong Yixin contributed 25 million yuan. The joint venture will develop two projects of cotton pulp and viscose staple fiber.
Construction for 50,000 tons of cotton pulp project already started, early this year, and is expected to be operational by the year-end. The foundation of the first stage of 30,000 tons viscose staple fiber production line was made on the same day. It is expected to start production in the first half of 2008.
The three investors have planned to add another 200 million yuan within next three years, bringing the total investment up to 300 million yuan (investment in fixed assets will account for 260 million yuan), to further enlarge the two projects of cotton pulp and viscose staple fiber.
