Textile-based products maker Gamma to pay dividend on May 10

In the Gamma Holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 April 2007 the dividend covering the financial year 2006 has been set at € 2.00 per ordinary share of € 2.50 and at € 0.21 per ordinary participating preference share of € 2.50.

The dividend will be made payable as of 10 May 2007 at the ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The ex-dividend quotation will take place on 30 April 2007.

Bearers of ordinary shares receive this dividend in cash after deduction of 15% dividend taxes, through an institution associated with Euroclear Nederland at which their shares are in administration on 3 May 2007, after office hours.

Holders of nominal shares entered into the share register will receive notification directly from the company on the payment they are entitled to. Executive Board Gamma Holding N.V. Helmond, the Netherlands, 27 April 2007.

Gamma Holding develops, manufactures and sells innovative, high-quality textile-based products throughout the world. In 41 countries, approximately 6,700 employees are active. Its headquarters are located in Helmond and its shares are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

Gamma Holding comprises two sectors, Gamma Technologies and Gamma Comfort & Style, with activities in the field of transport and conveyor belts, filter products, coated fabrics and composites, sailcloth, mattress ticking and exotic fabrics. With these products the company is a leading global player in its selected niche markets.
