'Sustainable Design with Fabric' symposium at IFAI Expo 2007

Sustainability in building design is an exciting trend for architects. Consumers are concerned about earth-friendly planning. The “Sustainable Design with Fabric” symposium will show architects how to design with this trend in mind.
Fabric offers the architect flexibility and fluidity in design that is durable, aesthetically pleasing and fresh.
Sustainable Design with Fabric will take place prior to IFAI Expo 2007 on Oct. 2, 2007, in Las Vegas, USA. This exciting educational event will bring top industry speakers to discuss important breakthrough topics in fabric architecture and structure design and answer common questions about using fabric, energy-saving concepts and green building sources. Participants will earn AIA/CES credits by attending this symposium.
The Sustainable Design with Fabric symposium is sponsored by the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI); the Lightweight Structures Association, an IFAI division; and Fabric Architecture magazine. IFAI is accredited by the American Institute of Architects to provide continuing education programs to architects.
IFAI Expo 2007 will be held Oct. 3-5, 2007. As always, the annual exposition is the place for industry members to meet, learn, network and promote their company. In additional to the Sustainable Design with Fabric symposium, 12 other seminars and workshops will be offered. IFAI Expo is recommended for textile buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, designers, engineers, architects, teachers and students.
Participation is expected to exceed recent years as we offer more educational and technical symposiums. Las Vegas is projected to be an excellent draw with always-low airfare rates, excellent hotels, and convenient location.
