Vardhman Polytex Board recommends final dividend

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 7% on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year 2006-07.
Vardhman is a major integrated textile producer in India. The Group was setup in 1965 at Ludhiana, Northern India.
Since then, the Group has expanded manifold and is perhaps, the largest textile conglomerate in India.
