Standford seeks legal aid to stop illegal trade of 'Reborn'

Stanford Garments Industries Limited of Colombo 11, filed an application against Mohammed Salahadeen, Raafi, Haneefa, Rilvan, Haseen Haja Najimudeen, hailing from Colombo and Kandy, on the grounds of illegal trading of their brand 'Reborn'.
Supreme Court has ordered them to stop the usage or trading with apparel's logo.
The accused claimed that it has been manufacturing, selling and investing money for promotion of Reborn garments.
According to the counsel of Stanford Garments, defendant is giving unfair competition to the company.
The Panel of judges consisted of Justices Shirani Bandaranayake, Raja Fernando and Saleem Marsoof PC, will pass the judgement on July 13.
