The answer is US!

It is here where it all began. China has been alleged to flood the US with cheap apparels and clothings that have harmed the textile manufacturers interests.

The textile makers have sought to plug the Chinese importation in several categories of textiles. Already about 7 categories have been put under restricction as they had exceeded growth by almost 1500 percent over last year.

Chinese President Hu Jintao had postponed his scheduled visit begining first week September due to President George Bush preoccupied with the Hurricane Katrina crisis.

Next, sources say, Chineses officials will meet their US counterparts for a fifth round of textile talks prior to Presidential summit on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly and try to patch up on the Chinese textile imports.

Hu is expected to visit the US during September 13-16, 2005 during the UN anniversary celebration.
