The company has invested around $120 million for acquiring 60,000 square meter land at the Adamjee EPZ at Naryangonj.
In January this year another Taiwanese company, Golden Chang, came to Bangladesh for investing around $70 million for establishing a leather shoe factory.
Bangladesh has become the top priority for international entrepreneurs who wish to take advantage of inexpensive and efficient labor force. So much so that footwear and leather goods manufacturers from China, Taiwan and Italy are planning to shift their bases in the country.
