Expo celebrates spring festival in a big way

The Pakistani women enthusiastically showcased their wonderful creations at the expo that began on April 12, at F-10 Markaz. The event was organized to celebrate the spring festival which holds a lot of importance in the country.

The two day exhibition offered women artists an opportunity to display a variety of products ranging from home furnishing to artifacts and garments to visitors.

The famous embroidered suits of Multan were elegant and sophisticated, leaving onlookers asking for more. Wedding collection stalls proved to be a crowd puller, as the season of marriages has arrived.

Trendy cloths managed to stand out and gain popularity among young generation. The home furnishing segment had a huge range of items including bed linen, curtains, towels and colourful rugs.

The booths showcasing handbags, footwear, decorative items and antique jewellary got high appreciation from spectators.

More than 50 women activly participated in the expo and earned experience from it as most of the items displayed here, were sold making the participation fruitful.
