Nation plans to attract overseas investors

Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam, is a Government agency that plays a vital role in providing advice on socio-economic development strategies. The forum also forms domestic and foreign investments policies, to help the country emerge as a prominent Southeast Asian region.

The Ministry has recently approved US $1.67 million to the National Investment Promotion Program by issuing Decision No 505/QÐ-BKH. The programme is aimed to attract overseas entrepreneurs for making investments in the country.

With this, Vietnam intends to lure nations like Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, EU, US, Middle East and Australia to invest in the country .
