Reliance Chemotex Board to consider dividend

Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To declare dividend, if any.

At present, the plant has 21,120 spindles with state of the art machinery from the blow room to spinning and finishing.

All yarn is autoconed, spliced, electronically cleared and TFO twisted.

The company has its own HT/HP fibre-dyeing plant. It also has its own independent captive power generation plant.
