Market experts suggest that recent rise of crude price, is affecting the current trading scenario of the domestic region. On August 27, propylene prices have shown fluctuations over the price list of last week.
Propylene prices for most of the importing countries have projected an oscillating trend. Prices quoted for Far Eastern region and the United States saw a hike where as in Europe stability prevailed in comparison to the earlier week.

Propylene, FOB South Korea, at US $1495-1505 per ton.
Propylene prices in European region:
Propylene (polymerization level), FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 1000-1005 per metric ton.
Propylene (polymerization level), CIF Northwest Europe, at Euro 995-1000 per metric ton.
Price in the United States:
Propylene (refining level), FAS Houston, at US cent 56.000-56.500 per lb.
