'Marimekko: Fabrics, Fashion, Architecture' exhibition opens

The popular 'Marimekko: Fabrics, Fashion, Architecture' exhibition organised by the Design Museum in Helsinki opened in Peru yesterday, 10 September 2008.
The colourful show will be on view in the gallery of the Peruvian-North American Cultural Institute (ICPNA) in Lima until 26 October.
'Marimekko: Fabrics, Fashion, Architecture' started its tour in New York, where it was opened in November 2003.
The retrospective has since been shown in various locations in Europe, North America and Asia.
Besides Peru, the exhibition can currently be enjoyed in Russia, in a museum in Murmansk until 28 September.
