The Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Association's 8th annual conference will be held on Thursday 13th November in the highly esteemed Melbourne Museum – The Age Theatre.

Sustain-tex will commence at 8.15 for registration in the foyer of The Age Theatre, and conclude just after 5.30. Drinks and dinner are 1km away in the 100 Mile Café where an eclectic musical experience will accompany the mingling of delegates and the rattle of trams. Separate registration for dinner is welcome.

Sustain-tex will feature papers on strategies to reduce our global footprint in products which have been developed to reduce energy consumption and thus environmental impact during the process of manufacturing. This conference will assist the textile, clothing and footwear industry to understand the nature and complexity of environmental challenges and the industry's capacity to take action.
