Kapas May series closed at Rs482.20 up by Rs2.40 from Rs.479.80 previous week.
Kalyan cotton touched a high of Rs482.2 and noted a low of Rs475.7 per lot during the trading sessions on the day. The series saw an intra-day high of Rs482.20 and low of Rs.469.80 during November 15- 22 week.
Thus, cotton trading saw a fluctuating trend, though overall market seemed healthy. With the ongoing strained economic scenario, even everyday trading seems unstable. It has become extremely difficult to predict the future.
