An Integrated Design and Technical Development Project on Embroidery which will run for a period of six months, commenced recently, in which 50 trainees are taking part.
The project was opened at Women Income Generation Centre, Thoubal Wangmataba under the aegis of the office of Commissioner (Handicraft) Ministry of Textiles.
The inaugural function was attended by top officials from Directorate of the Marketing and Extension Centre, Office of the Commissioner (Handicraft) Ministry of Textiles and designer of the embroidery training centre.
