The Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia and the Tunisian National Handicraft Office will offer an opportunity to Koreans to experience examples of interesting handicrafts from Tunisia through 'Tunisian Handicraft Exhibition' organized from November 20.
The exhibition, which boasts 3,000 years of civilization, will celebrate 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Tunisia and Korea.
Various kitchen appliances, ornaments, scarves and even the Tunisian traditional costume, Jebba would be on display during the event. Colorful plates and dishes, brought exclusively for the event from Tunisia, would be the most highlighted items of the event.
Ornaments made from copper, chess board made from olive trees and blown glass works, a famous item in Tunisia would also be presented for the visitors in the exhibition to be held at Seoul Center for Culture and Tourism.
