Nonwoven Group BBA forms two divisions of Fiberweb

Synthetic non-woven company BBA Group plc (BBA) announces proposed separation of Fiberweb. The company intends to separate its Fiberweb business from BBA.
BBA believes that, as independent entities, Aviation Services and Fiberweb will be better placed to pursue their individual strategies and operational development and to maximise value for shareholders.
BBA is currently reviewing possible separation options, including demerger or sale of Fiberweb.

BBA Materials Technology develops and manufactures nonwoven materials, which are used extensively in the hygiene and medical markets and in a great many industrial applications.
