TÜV SÜD strengthens consumer goods & retail team

TÜV SÜD continues to add experts to its clothing and footwear testing, inspection, and certification program in the NAFTA region. Joining current Business Development Director Kent Slaby, are Scott Griggs, General Manager for Consumer Goods and Retail Services, and Dan Pacheco, Account Manager/Consumer Goods and Retail Services.

Mr. Griggs joins TÜV SÜD America with over 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Consumer Products Services. Mr. Pacheco, earned a Certificate in Textiles before getting his degree in Business Management. He brings nearly 15 years experience in Textiles and Account Management experience to TÜV SÜD. “We are very pleased to have Mr. Griggs and Mr. Pacheco. Their past work experience make them valuable assets to TÜV,” stated Steve Dykstra, Vice President of Testing for TÜV SÜD America. “We are pleased to bring them on board and look forward to the further growth of TÜV SÜD's Consumer Goods and Retail Services in the Americas."

The program offers a full line of services to companies operating in the NAFTA region, with a focus on personalized service, competitive pricing, fast turnaround time, training programs and quick response, further adding value to a client's needs. TÜV SÜD is a member of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC), the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), and the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA).
