Cleveland, Tennessee-based, Manufacturers Chemicals LLC, a manufacturer of special chemicals for textile, paper, metals and coating industries, will be celebrating achievements of its targets at its Dalton, Georgia operations.
A division of Spartanburg-based Synalloy Corporation, Manufacturers Chemicals LLC, will be celebrating this achievement under the theme, 'World Class – Phase One'.
According to President of Manufacturers Chemicals LLC, Chuck Steig, “Dalton group, last year, had willingly suggested comprehensive changes and had set strong business goals so as to narrow down and improve the company's dye production facilities.”
The sweeping changes included in the due proposal were on-time production, new production machinery, hassle-free and responsive computer management systems and implementation of the strongest, quality and testing procedures in the industry, averred Steig.
Informing further Steig said that, reduced stocks, better quality, zero dead stock, streamlined production and 100 percent good quality products were the achievements for the company's celebrations.
Steig also feels that Manufacturers Chemicals is probably the only dye firm to have procured such higher levels of operational control. More so, the company achieved these targets without missing even one, on-time delivery to their customers.
The group has also succeeded in promoting their new patent-pending lines of specialty dyes and chemicals that it had developed, which include new high-fastness dyes for dyeing yarn, new bleach-friendly dyes for rugs and new printing dyes.
