Experts from the chemical industry and stakeholders from around the world have come together in Helsinki for the European Chemicals Agency's (ECHA) Fourth Stakeholders' Day.
Over 350 people from the EU, Russia, China, Japan, Brazil, India and the United States will participate. Chemical industry representatives, NGOs, consumer groups, environmental groups, health based and women's organisations, worker representatives and animal welfare associations will be there.
The Stakeholders' Day provides a platform for the sharing of REACH experiences and lessons. Its objective is learning from one another in this crucial year for REACH and Classification and Labelling. As part of the event, individual one-to-one sessions will be held between companies and ECHA experts.
The programme is divided into three sessions, each followed by a Q&A session:
1 -Tips and tools for Registration and C&L notification
2- Feedback from Registration and Evaluation
3- Dissemination
