On May 28, ethylene prices in Southeast Asia stood at US $1014-1016 per metric ton (CFR), down $10 from the previous day and $83 per ton from those prevailing on May 26.
In the Northeast Asian markets the price of ethylene was $1019-1021 per metric ton CFR), down $5 from the previous day and $79 per ton, when compared with prices on the previous Wednesday.
In the European markets, CIF Northwest Europe was quoted at $1120-1125 per metric ton, unchanged from the previous day, on June 1, 2010.
