Exports of textiles & accessories to Vietnam record smart jump

China's exports to Vietnam which mainly includes textiles, apparel accessories and footwear totaled to US $1.13 billion in the first five months of 2010, up by an astounding 45.5 percent year-on-year.
In the month of May 2010, Vietnam imported $396 worth of textiles, accessories and footwear, to garner a growth of 6 percent, when compared with the same period of 2009.
Overall exports of textiles and clothing from China touched in the period Jan-May 2010, up 19.33 percent year on year, of which textiles rose by 29.69 percent to $28.56 billion and apparels increased 13.13 percent to $41.65 billion.
