CIFFKIDS children's fashion fair will be take place from February 9 to 12, 2006 in Bella Center.

Record In Record Time
Despite its relatively short lifespan as an independent children´s fashion fair, CIFFKIDS has broken the European record in record time. The third CIFFKIDS fashion fair in February 2006 will see a further expansion, as the number of new exhibitors is expected to rise by 20-25 percent.

This means that CIFFKIDS is close to having 150 main exhibitors representing approx. 400 children´s fashion brands. The fair will thus take up most of Bella Center´s 11,000 square metre East Hall, which a year ago, under its own name, became wholly devoted to children´s fashion.

CIFFKIDS has since attracted fashion buyers from as many as 50 countries to Copenhagen.

CIFFKIDS is being held at the same time as the adult fashion fair, Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, in light of the massive increase in parental focus on children, who have become an important consumer group. So important that CIFFKIDS has now developed its own fashion trend for children´s fashion. In addition, the hottest children´s fashion will be presented during the fair with an independent children´s TrendShow similar to the one CIFF already holds at the adult fashion fair.

The success of the fair also manifests itself in the fashion industry´s childrenswear outlets, where families with childrencontinue to spend an increasing amount of their disposable income. According to the latest figures from Statistics Denmark, a home with two adults without children spends almost DKK 12,000 a year on clothes. As soon as there are children in the home, the figure rises to more than DKK 21,000.

Bella Center is the biggest venue in Scandinavia. Bella Center is located close to the airport & close to the center of Copenhagen. Copenhagen International Fashion Fair has become Europe's fashion fair no. 1. It is the latest establishment of a sovereign concept for exhibitors for children's fashion at Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF).
