For the quarter ended February 25, 2017, net earnings at home textiles retailer Bed Bath & Beyond slipped to $1.84 per diluted share or $268.7 million as against $1.91 per diluted share or $303.5 million in the prior fiscal's fourth quarter. The fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 included around $.06 per diluted share net benefit on certain non recurring items.
