Richpeace unveils new automatic face mask machine line

Richpeace, textile machinery manufacturer, has launched a new range of automatic face mask production line, for the production of surgical mask, flat fold mask, fish style mask, cup mask, and those disposable respirators. The line can produce disposable respirators, known as flat folded face mask, which meets the standards of N95, KN95, FFP2, and so on.

The face masks are suitable for working with all kinds of non-woven fabric, spun, meltblown, hot air fabric, and so on. The process of mask production includes 3-6 layers material loading, nose clip cut and feed, mask shape and pattern welding, inkjet printing with earloops welding and mask half folding, mask edge sealing and remove waste and collect finished folding masks.

The fully automatic production line is designed for processing cup style respirators which may achieve a very close facial fit and meet N95/KN95/FFP2/FFP3 higher levels of filtering efficiency of airborne particles, the company said in a press release.

The production line is designed to produce the layers of surgical mask. The surgical mask is the most commonly worn cheap and disposable masks, will limit the chance of inhaling large, infectious particles circulating near the face.

The production line includes three layers of material loading, nose bridge cut & feed, mask welding & cutting, earloop welding stations, mask collecting conveyor, optional bag packing station, the automatic bag packing station, and a full automatic packing at the line end.
