Scoop will offer a carefully curated and exclusive edit of emerging and accessory designer labels this year. The event will be held from February 10-12, 2019, at the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London. Scoop is a contemporary designer womenswear trade show, recognised by designers, fashion buyers, and industry experts as the UK’s leading fashion trade show.

Fresh new faces making their Scoop debut include kARTu, Delicatelove, Les Tricots d’O, Tassel Ying, Night Accomplice, Recognised, Toasties, Delafon Paris, Wisp and Nuts, and Bolts boots. Visitors will also be treated to the launch of Ben de Lisi’s new cashmere range, Ben Cashmere, a collection that embodies luxury, subtle exquisite detail with an effortless approach to design, according to a press release on the show.

Exclusivity is at the heart of Scoop’s luxury offer, giving visitors’ access to the labels, designers, and collections unavailable anywhere else. Over 250 hand-picked UK and international designer collections are showing their new collections, many using Scoop as their only seasonal selling platform.

Night Accomplice was born from the founder’s Nicola and Suzie lifetime love of fashion, an obsession with decorative detailing, and a desire to create a beautiful, eclectic approach to women’s nightwear. Offering a feminine aesthetic coupled with directional embroideries and embellishments, the collection includes tailored pyjamas, statement gowns and decorated robes and aims to make nightwear relevant to modern living.

kARTu will bring its Nordic design leather handbags that introduce a minimalist alternative to natural leather accessories, each named after a spice and made using the highest quality leather from Italy. Delicatelove stands for individuality, happiness and creativity. It was established in 2014 by friends Wiebke Schilbock and Annekatrin Kasper-Fromm who use their personal style to influence the creativity behind their labels’ innovative collections.

Les Tricots d’O is a fashion house based in Antwerp, Belgium specialising in hand knitted cardigans made entirely from the highest quality mohair. Tassel Ying is a women’s knitwear label launched in 2008 by designer Chen Ying Design. It is inspired by life and travelling experiences taken from places as diverse as Tibet to Europe, and aims to create cutting edge knitwear pieces, interpreting the fusion of world culture between folk to urban, east to west.

Toasties offer a practical, playful, and colourful range of accessories made from recycled sheepskin. Born in France in the spirit of Maria Lye, an Australian living in Belleville Paris, Maria loves to collaborate with the artisans of her neighbourhood. The skin batches selection process and their various origins provide a wide range of colours, textures and effects.

The Delafon Paris label encompasses energy, passion and style, imbued with an irreverence which is fundamentally their own, their bags affirm a singularity, a state of mind, and unhindered creativity. Debuting for the first time at Scoop is the Hidden Treasure collection from new jewellery label Recognised which features three pearl Statement Popons Justice, Freedom, and Hope - supporting the fight against modern day slavery and symbolises the precious value of human life hidden away in darkness being brought into the light.

Wisp Paris is a back to basics fun chic knitwear label that offers their cool styles in kit form too. Irish born and Paris based Catriona Merry returned to her roots in creating Wisp Paris after over 15 years designing for French couture and fashion houses, she has cast herself back to some handknit moments of her 70s and 80s upbringing. The label prides itself in being honest and engaged in the process of the manufacture of its garments, and every piece is made individually, each knitter taking her time to hand knit the locally sourced merino wool.

Nuts & Bolts Paris launches at Scoop with a timeless and unique ankle boot featuring removable and interchangeable accessories. Nuts & Bolts Paris has dedicated itself to creating a unique boot – with a Santiag look, a bevelled vintage heel and a removable sneaker insole for comfort. Traditional Portuguese craftsmanship combines with Italian leathers and suede skins as well as luxurious genuine python skins. (GK)
