Turkiye's apparel exports slip 9.32% to $1.5 bn during January 2024

  • In January, Turkiye's apparel exports dropped by 9.32 per cent YoY to $1.391 billion.
  • Knitted and crocheted items fell by 7.1 per cent, reaching $766.022 million, while non-knitted apparel decreased by 10.9 per cent to $625.580 million.
  • In 2023, total exports declined by 5.86 per cent to $18.321 billion. December 2023 saw a 10.74 per cent drop in exports.
