Los Angeles Textile Show announces that from April 24 – 26, 2006, the largest textile show on the West Coast will take place at the California Market Center(CMC).
The Los Angeles International Textile Show will host 16 percent more exhibitors than last year and premiere the new Korean Pavilion sponsored by KOTRA, in CMC's Exhibit Hall. The French and Italian Pavilions have also been combined this year to create a European high-end Pavilion, located in the CMC's Fashion Theater.
The upcoming show will display a flurry of new exhibitors such as, KBC, Fox-Rich Textiles, Amalfi Fabrics, Acton Fabrics and Beautiful Buttons, as well as returning exhibitors, Studio Bert Forma, Friday Fabrics, Euromaglia, Michael Miller Fabrics, Design Knit and Sommers Plastics to name a few. “In addition to more exhibitors this year, I think it's important to note that we had a significant amount of returning exhibitors request more space this show,” said Adrienne Sulaver, Show Manager.
The newly renovated Penthouse will serve as the primary location for the Los Angeles International Textile Show. The new space allows for the consolidation of all temporary exhibitors to the Penthouse floor, in addition to a new booth layout that will maximize the panoramic city views, enhance the natural lighting and maximize traffic navigation. “We are constantly challenging ourselves to find new ways to enhance the show and improve the building to make the Textile show fresh and exciting for everyone who participates,” said John Kim, General Manager of the California Market Center.
