CII to organize luncheon meeting with Governor of Inhambane

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a luncheon meeting with the H E Mr. Francisco Itai Meque, Governor of Inhambane, Republic of Mozambique on 14th September 2007 at 1300 hrs at Villa Medici, Hotel Taj Mahal, Mansingh Road, New Delhi.

The delegation is interested in establishing contacts with industry and to encourage Indian involvement in key areas of the Inhambane Province through investment, training and trade.

The sectors of Indian industry interests are: Agriculture and food processing, Mining, Textile, Manufacturing, Tourism, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, IT, Infrastructure, Cement and Chemicals.

Other Key speakers are : Mr. C A D Rosario, High Commissioner of Mozambique in India; Ms. Bharathi S Sihag, Joint Secretary (Africa), Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ms. Narender Chauhan, Joint Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs.
