Many Santa Fe galleries and museums will be featuring textiles this coming spring and summer. Don't miss the Wheelwright Museum, the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, the Museum of International Folk Art, as well as their host, the Museum of Fine Arts. Also plan to visit the Santa Fe Weaving Gallery, Thirteen Moons Gallery, Kahlenberg's Tai Gallery, Price Dewey Galleries, and many, many others.
The Gloria F. Ross Center, founded in 1997, fosters the creative practice and cultural study of tapestry. Our research projects and public programs address the art of traditional and contemporary tapestry, hand-woven in many societies from ancient to modern times.
