VARIOline – new blow room line from Rieter

The new Rieter blow room line VARIOline is designed for line production up to 1 200 kg/h and scores with its variable concept. The cleaning process takes place in several stages that are adapted to the raw material. Smallest fiber tufts and the cleaning map VARIOset, adjustable at the touch of a button, are the key to efficient and gentle cleaning and a greater fiber yield.

Customer benefits in focus
Energy and raw material prices as well as fiber yield are subjects concerning production efficiency that permanently occupy spinning plant owners. Regardless of how high the current raw material price is, the economic efficiency of a spinning plant is essentially determined by these factors. A high fiber yield, i.e. low expulsion of good fibers and gentle fiber treatment, is therefore a concern of every spinning mill. External trials have shown how gentle the fiber-preserving VARIOline is, ensuring minimal fiber shortening and resulting in a reduction of the waste.

High flexibility with VARIOset
With the blowroom VARIOline, the function VARIOset is integrated in all cleaning machines. VARIOset influences the cleaning intensity and relative amount of waste and a rapid and reproducible adaptation of the trash extraction takes place at the touch of a button. VARIOset additionally increases the flexibility of the VARIOline in respect of the raw material being used.

The variable concept of the Rieter blow room line is convincing. The cleaning process takes place in several stages that are adapted to the raw material. Smallest fiber tufts and the cleaning map VARIOset, adjustable at the touch of a button, are the key to efficient and gentle cleaning. In a continuous line, 1 200 kgs of raw material per hour can be processed. The processing of 4 assortments is thereby possible.
