CFO/Company Secretary of Cavalier to retire

Cavalier Corporation advises that long-serving Chief Financial officer and Company Secretary Victor Tan has informed the Board that he will be retiring from full time employment and will therefore be relinquishing his roles as CFO and Company Secretary of the Company.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude and thanks to Victor for his outstanding loyalty, commitment and contribution over 28 years with the Company.
Victor has assured the Board that he will be able to continue to serve the Company in both roles until such time as a replacement can be found and the appropriate transition of duties can take place.
The Board advises that the process for the recruitment of a replacement for Victor will get underway shortly, but notes that there is no need to set a precise timeframe for the recruitment process at this stage because of Victor's continuing availability to the Company in the meantime.
