Fibre2fashion booth at ITME India witnesses visitor surge

ITME India one of the biggest textile machinery shows in India was held from December 2 to 7 and had around 810 exhibitors from 42 countries participating in the event.  

The visitor rush at the fibre2fashion booth was very high, which kept the nearly 12 member strong fibre2fashion team on their toes throughout the day and also through the six-day event.

Amidst much fanfare, fibre2fashion unveiled the much-awaited ‘Machinery Year Book’ on the second day of the textile machinery show.  

The Machinery Year Book was unveiled by Dr Chandan Chatterjee, Director – Centre of Entrepreneurship, Govt of Gujarat, Dr Christian Schindler – Director General – International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) and Mr Naresh Mistry – President of the Indian Textile Accessories and Machinery Manufacturers Association. 

Dignitaries like Mr Rajnikant Bachkaniwala – Chairman of ITME Society, Mr Vikas Sharan of ATE Pvt Ltd, Mr TL Patel of Textile Association of India (TAI), Ms Tara Hounslea of UK-based World Textile Information Network (WTIN) and many others were present during the Year Book launch.

All in all, the ITME India expo provided a perfect opportunity for fibre2fashion to connect and interact face2face with many exhibitors and visitors from various countries. Fibre2fashion eagerly awaits the next ITME edition.
