Home Depot & Six Flags form supply, marketing alliance

Six Flags and Home Depot announced an agreement in principle under which The Home Depot will become a Six Flags Corporate Alliance partner.
The Home Depot and its Home Depot Supply Division will serve as the exclusive supplier of commercial improvement, building supply, construction, repair and maintenance products to all Six Flags parks across North America.
The alliance will also provide for extensive co-marketing opportunities in The Home Depot retail stores and Six Flags theme parks.
Six Flags Inc is the world's largest regional theme park company. Founded in 1961, Six Flags is celebrating its 45th Anniversary in 2006. It is a publicly-traded corporation headquartered in New York City.
The Home Depot is the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer, with 2,061 retail stores in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, 10 Canadian provinces and Mexico.
Through its HD Supply(SM) businesses, The Home Depot is also one of the largest diversified wholesale distributors in the United States, with more than 900 locations in the United States and Canada, offering products and services for building, improving and maintaining homes, businesses and municipal infrastructures.
