This cash dividend represents a pro-rated quarterly dividend for the period from the company's initial public offering of common stock on May 19, 2005 through June 30, 2005, based upon the annual dividend rate of $0.90 per share of common stock described in the company's May 16, 2005 prospectus in connection with its initial public offering.
