Israeli companies appraised about Latin American markets

Under the aegis of Israel-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, about 60 participants an afternoon session on Business with Latin America on May 15, 2005 at the FICC offices in Tel Aviv. The session, which was held in coorperation with the , was a part of the montly schedule of seminars arranged in the framework of the activities of the FICC Forum for International Trade.
Lectures and experts in the subject of trade with Latin America, among them Yair Dori, President of the Israel-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, gave the participants an in-depth view in how to improve business relations and broaden Israeli trade in that area. The lectures gave a general overview on business in the Latin America, after which they entered some of the dillemas and problems that faces Israeli companies trying to enter the Latin American market, such as transportation, logistic, business mentality and participation at business fairs.
FICC's Forum for International Trade meets once a month for seminars and lectures on subjects related to international business and trade with foreign companies.
