Sears Canada opened a new Sears Dealer Store in Summerland, British Columbia as part of its commitment to offering its customers more service, selection and convenience.
The 3,250 square foot store is located at 9308 Jubilee Road East, and is owned and operated by Mr. Steve Oram. The new store will house electronics, lawn & garden products and a wide selection of major appliances, including Canada's number one brand, Kenmore.
"We are personally committed to accommodating our customers' wants and needs and providing them with an enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience," said Mr. Oram.
"Customers will be delighted with the wide selection of top-quality products Sears has provided for the new store, including trusted brand names like Kenmore and Craftsman."
While the Dealer Store is locally owned and operated, Sears' satisfaction guarantee, as well as Sears' extensive Parts and Service Division, the largest service network in Canada, support all merchandise sold.
In addition, the store features Sears and third party credit card acceptance and a Sears Catalogue merchandise pick-up desk. Sears has installed systems that enable purchases made through the Dealer Store to be reserved immediately and delivery dates arranged according to each customer's preference.
"We've come up with a winning formula for consumers in Summerland and surrounding areas," says Mr. Oram, "by combining the national resources of Sears with thelocal service of your neighbour - truly the best of both worlds in terms of customer service."
