Textile machinery leader Saurer shares register update

Laxey Partners Ltd reported that funds under their management now own more than 25 percent of registered shares in Saurer Ltd.

The announcement was made by Laxey as required by the Articles of Association of Saurer.

The threshold was exceeded after trades in the market last week, which were disclosed as management transactions to the Swiss Stock Exchange.
