Heimtextil Rossija 2006 at Crocus Expo in September

Moscow's early autumn days will focus on the upcoming 2006/07 trends and product novelties for home textiles and interior furnishings.

Heimtextil Rossija will take place in the international Crocus Expo centre in Moscow from 19-22 September 2006, presenting a wealth of companies from both Russia and European countries alike to Russia's home textile market.

National pavilions from Germany, Portugal, Italy, France, Slovenia, China, exhibitors from Australia, Finland, Hungary, Spain, India, Turkey will participate in the event. Among the first exhibitors, the organizing company, Messe Frankfurt RUS counted, were renowned manufacturers such as Donetskaya Manufactura (Russia) and Monolit (Russia).

Heimtextil Rossija – international trade fair for home textiles, floor coverings and interior furnishings – is considered one of Russia's leading home textiles fairs. The trade show is recognized on the Russian market as a professional platform for establishing, developing and strengthening business relations between producers and trade buyers. What makes the show even more attractive to buyers and designers from Russia is the synergic co-event of Ambiente Rossija, which takes place in parallel to Heimtextil Rossija – only a few metres away in the adjacent hall of Crocus Expo centre.

Providing visions of new textile materials for interior furnishings and design yet unseen is one of the cornerstones of Heimtextil Rossija which makes the show a uniquesource for new business ideas. The Trend Show following the inspirations and trend forecasts of Dutch trend researcher Gunnar Frank will set one of the cornerstones at the trade fair event. In addition, Gunnar Frank will conduct seminars on the second and third days of the fair, focusing on the trends and innovations of future seasons for the first time at Heimtextil Rossija.
