Hajoy develops new Ecosensor fibers

Protecting the present and future environment is a basic task for all of humankind, and efficient recycling of plastics and synthetic fibers is one key to its attainment.
The recycling of polyester textiles and PET bottles has grown in recent years, but it has generally been by conventional material-recycling processes which inherently limit both the range of applications and the number of recycling times.
Ecosensor fibers are free from these limitations, as a product of the world's first commercial chemical-process polyester recycling technology-the Ecosensor repolymerization process from Asahi Kasei Fibers of Japan. Haojey produces 75D and 150D ecosensor polyester fibers.
Following are the key features of Ecosensor
1 Pure polyester fibers with superior quality, function, and performance made from recycled polyester textiles and PET bottles.
2. The eco-efficiency of recycling.
3. Conserving resources and reducing the environmental burden.
Haojey Ltd was formed in October 1979, with its current administrative headquarter located in the heart of Taipei city's finance district on Tun Hwa South Road.
Its factory, with a total area of 25,000 square meters, is located amidst a surrounding of elegant and splendid landscapes of the city of Yuan Line, inside the Dou-Liou Industrial Expansion District. Within the factory, approximately 22,000 square meters are devoted to the function of Haojey's manufacturing.
