Textile machinery maker CTMTC in Igatex Pakistan 2006

April 26-29, 2006, the 5 exhibition of textile machinery (Igatex Pakistan 2006) was held in all 6 halls of Karachi Expo Center with success. As the largest exhibition of its kind in the region, more than 450 exhibitors participated in and large number visitors at the exhibition witnessed the on-site machinery display.
April 25, one day before the opening, Pakistan Federal Minister for Textile Industry, Mr. Mustaq Ali Cheema inaugurated the exhibition and addressed the audience. The inauguration ceremony was attended by a number of key officials and personnel from private and public sector organizations, both local and foreign, government officials, foreign delegates participating in the four-days exhibition. General consul of China Embassy and officers from commerce consulate also attended the ceremony, and visited CTMTC's stand with interests.
As the leading various textile machinery supplier in the world, CTMTC's stand in Igatex Pakistan 2006 is the biggest one, 4 sets huge machine were displayed for demonstration. CTMTC gained immense response from Pakistan textile industry players. Countless visitors on CTMTC's stand witnessed the success of Chinese machinery.
On the second day, Mr. Mustaq Ali Cheema was speaking to a panel of Ministers, local and foreign associations at the Roundtable Conference, being held for the first time at IGATEX. Under the title of “The Role Of Technology In The Development Of The Textile Industry In Pakistan And South Asia In The Context Of WTO Environment” the session was well attended by representatives from foreign and local trade bodies along with Media personnel. On behalf of China pavilion, CTMTC's representative attended this conference, discussed and shared the views with other conferees in the Roundtable Conference.
