INVISTA Interiors invests in Mitex' yarn processing plant

A subsidiary of INVISTA acquired the yarn improving business of Mitex, a prominent enterprise in the area of the yarn refinement, in northeast Bavaria (Germany).
“INVISTA engages itself for the European floor mat business”, said Alan Wolk, President, INVISTA Interiors. “Our investment into this prominent German yarn processing plant shows that we work actively on the stabilization of our position in the area of the interior equipment.”
INVISTA and Mitex maintain already for 25 years successful business relations. This acquisition will increase the competitive ability of INVISTA.

INVISTA Interiors provides branded and unbranded BCF (bulked continuous filament) and staple carpet fibers going into residential, commercial and automotive carpets as well as bath, accent and area rugs and branded fiberfill in sleep products like pillows and comforters.
