In continuity of its business expansion in North European textile markets, Borch Textile Group of Slagelse, Denmark has purchased all shares of Swedish company Almedahls Alingsas.
Alingsas has been trading in textiles market for the past 150 years. It provides hotels and restaurants with linen, and hospitals and nursing homes with clothing.
Borch has acquired the Swedish company with this transaction. Alingsas will function as a separate unit under the group, just like its other subsidiaries.
